Responsibility
– Responsible to handle potential tenant enquiry by call, whatsapp, and company online messenger
– Schedule onsite viewing with potential tenants in your dedicated area, and sign tenancy agreement on behalf of the company
– Posting updated rental status on the company online system
– Takes care of the community issue between tenants in the area
– Hits key metrics including: number of new unit signed, meetings set, gross profit generated from rent, and other activity based on the performance indicator

Requirements
– Strong interpersonal communication skills
– Hardworking attitude/go-getter
– Willing to work under pressure

Remuneration
– Annual bonus
– Accommodation provided
