Our place is in I Residence, Kota Damansara - it's a 4 mins WALK from MRT Kota Damansara (450 meters) 🚆The building is built 2013 so very modern and clean. Tight security with access card-only entry.

🦋 Room is master room and air-conditioned, private big bathroom. Attached are actual pictures.
Prefer someone tidy, clean, and quiet. New queen bed!

🚗 By car - 1 min from MRT Kota Damansara, 5 minutes from Sunway Giza, Tropicana Gardens, Sunway Nexis, Thomson Hospital, Segi University. 7 minutes to IKEA, Surian Tower. Damansara Perdana, Mutiara Damansara. 10 mins to TTDI and One Utama.

Facilities includes gym, barbecue place, tennis court, infinity swimming pool, etc.
