1️⃣ About Me
- 07 FIA, July intake , emotionally stable, respectful of boundaries
- Introvert but talkative once we’re close 😙
- Responsible, communicative, and care about keeping our space clean
- No smoking, no drinking, no bad habits.
- Occasionally stay up late but rarely past 2 AM.
- Can’t use AC too much (leg pain issue), so I prefer no AC 🥹

2️⃣ Ideal Roommate
- Easygoing, clean, female only!
- Preferably also July intake for convenience
- No smoking ; drinking is okay but not in the room
- Quiet after 11 PM/12 AM (I’ll do the same)
- Maintains cleanliness in shared spaces.
- Open communicationmutual respect, and understanding

3️⃣ Room Details
- Master bedroom with 2 single beds (or 1 queen + 1 super single)
- Private attached bathroom (shared only between us) 🤩
- Rent: RM 500/month (inclusive of water, electricity & WiFi)
- Deposit & other fees will be split
- Lease: 1 year (with option to renew if everything goes well)
