Brand new common room in RNF Princes Cove Phase 2 for rent for single tenant, preferably of Chinese race, but possible for 2 female room mates as well.

All furniture and shelves shown in pictures are brand new. Room comes with queen size sofa bed. However, if prefer proper single bed with pull out bed option, can be negotiated further.

Master room will be locked at all times, and Chinese owners will only come and stay at this unit once or twice per month for about 2-3 days each time.
